Mexican Chicken

Cook in skillet 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.

The recipe does not call for which type oil but I will use olive oil on low heat. It will take some time but worth it....you can't cook olive oil on high tempatures.

Mix together:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 can rotel
ADD THIS TO CHICKEN

LAYER in pan any flavor tortilla chips.

Next add soup and chicken mixture
Next add chedder cheese (shredded) 1-2 packages of cheese

You can repeat layers if you wish. BAKE at 350 degrees around 30 minutes until cheese is brown. Enjoy
