Burrito Casserole

1 {32 oz.} package beef and bean burritos {see below}
1 {14 oz.} can mild enchilada sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, Sargento
1 {2.25 oz.} can black olives, drained
1 1/2 cups diced tomato
4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce {about 1/2 head}

Line burritos in a single layer in a 13x9-inch microwave-safe dish. Microwave burritos on high, for 6-8 minutes, or until heated through. Pour enchilada sauce over the burritos. Sprinkle cheese over teh enchilada sauce. Microwave burrits for 1 to 2 minutes, or until
