Great on cupcakes!
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 {7oz.} jar marshmallow creme
2 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons almond flavoring
In a medium bowl, beat butter and marshmallow creme at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar. Add almond flavoring, beating until smooth. Makes around 2 1/2 cups. RECIPE CALLS for Almond flavored liqueur.......since I don't use alcohol I am using the almond flavoring.
