Did You Know???

Any color of blue into your day will help relieve stress and help you to stay calmer. If you are like me and have no blue in your home, take a peek at the sky.

Pets help you lower your stress. If you are like me and can't have a pet where you live, visit a friend that has pets as much as possible.

Laugh and laugh more.

If you can bead or knit or paint.........something to keep you busy.......your stress will be lower.
