*Radishes has potassium and vitamin C. It also helps with nerves.

*If you are stressed or have anxiety, call a loved one or great friend...it helps soothe 93% of what you are feeling.

*Mouth rinses...for bad breath....if they have antibacterial or odor-neutralizing agents they work but will stain your teeth....I can't believe the mouth washes use color especially blue....it does turn your teeth but using TheraBreath and ProFresh will not stain your teeth.
